Octane clients complete a formal intake program before they are matched with one of our exclusive, pre-approved, elite professional coaches and mentors. Each Octane coach and mentor is experienced, recognized and accomplished in the art of guiding and supporting clients in a confidential, trusted, and respected environment. Once the match is complete, Octane programs offer clients full access to multiple systems of support, networking, influence and guidance.
With intake and matching complete Octane clients follow the "ACE" model of development:

Coaching:
- Systematic, customized approach
- Support accountability to create and achieve goals
Evaluation:
- Journaling of progress and development
- Proprietary on-line goal-setting and measurement tools
